The email tools I use and recommend
A short list on purpose. These are the tools I rely on for client work, for two different jobs: sending emails and keeping lists clean.
Brevo
For: sending newsletters, automations and transactional emails
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is an all-in-one email marketing platform. What I like most is its pricing, based mainly on the number of emails you send, and a free plan that is generous enough to learn properly.
- Free plan: 300 emails per day, up to 100,000 contacts
- Drag-and-drop editor, forms, automation and CRM included
- Guided domain authentication for the 2026 sender rules
- Paid plans from around $9/month (Starter)
Best for: beginners, small businesses, shops and agencies who want one platform that grows with them.

DeBounce
For: email verification and list cleaning
DeBounce checks whether each address in your list can receive email, without sending anything. I use it before campaigns to old or imported lists, and to protect signup forms with real-time verification.
- 100 free credits to start, no credit card needed
- Pay-as-you-go credits that never expire
- Detects invalid, disposable, role-based and catch-all addresses
- Free duplicate removal, API and form widget
Best for: anyone with an old, imported or B2B list, and anyone who wants to stop bad signups at the door.

Verify your list with DeBounce, import the clean list into Brevo, authenticate your domain, then send. That simple sequence prevents most bounce and spam problems I see in audits.
